3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Orders may be placed through our website, phone, social media platforms, or at our physical location. Orders placed manually may not qualify for online promotions or discounts.
3.2 Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept cash, card payments, and mobile financial services (e.g., bKash).
3.3 Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or failed payment transactions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery timelines depend on product availability and customer location. Estimated delivery times will be shared during order confirmation.
4.2 GLOBO HUB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation issues, natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.
4.3 Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and report any damage, defect, or discrepancy within 48 hours of receiving the item.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
5.2 Customized items, special-order products, and electrical components (if opened or installed) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5.3 Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.4 Warranty-related claims are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the respective product warranty documentation.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Warranty coverage varies by product and is mentioned in the product documentation or invoice. Claims outside the warranty period will not be accepted.
6.2 GLOBO HUB is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
6.3 Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product or service. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including delivery address and contact details, when placing an order.
7.2 If not using GLOBO HUB’s installation service, customers are responsible for ensuring installation is performed by qualified and certified professionals.
